Can I follow my package with a Track & Trace code?
That is possible. You can always choose for a Track & Trace code. The shipment costs are based on the size and weight of your order. This will be automatically calculated for you. When a shipment without Track & Trace is chosen, you agree with the risk of possibly losing the package during shipment. Faithful by Hand cannot be held responsible for this. 

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments as well as iDeal (Stripe) payments. 

Can I use multiple vouchers?
No, it is not possible to use multiple vouchers for one order. 

Are the displayed colors in accordance with the real colors of the products?
When photographing the products, we aim to display the colors of the products in the best possible way. However, due to differences in device displays, the colors may differ slightly. No rights can be derived from this.
